Job Description

We are looking for a maternity cover for the Regional Crop Protection Support Co-Ordinator position based out of our Wickenby site. The successful candidate will be required to work 25 hours per week, however will need to be available to work additional hours as and when required during busy periods. Responsibilities • Assist in the collation of CP Forecast data for the team. • Liaise with local team on allocation of product. • Responsible for stock monitoring • Work in collaboration with storekeepers in the region on stock allocation and transfers between sites • Co-ordinate manufacturing briefings • Full organisation of team meetings from booking venues, accommodation and travel to taking minutes • Co-ordinate and help support the organisation local farmer meetings and regional events • Liaise with Frontier Marketing department as required in organising promotional products & literature • General administration duties to support the local team as required • Central contact point for CP enquiries for large Supply customers • Co-ordinate day to day orders within agreed forecast limits • Full administration support for the Regional Agronomy Manager and his team

Requirements

Position Requirements • High level of attention to detail • Ability to work to tight deadlines • Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members • IT Literate, with strong Excel and Word skills • Previous administration experience essential • Proven ability to prioritise and organise a variety and busy workload
