THE ROLE - To enable clients to achieve their overall business objectives, providing independent direction and actions to improve performance on a continual basis. Particular emphasis on optimising enterprise performance and improving profitability. Contribute to the successful growth and development of the business. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Visit customers to help deliver direction and advice on business matters - To respond to all customer calls in a timely manner. - To provide support to the Regional Consultant, mentoring new staff who need to learn and be inspired. - To provide a challenge to the individual consultant, where they feel they can grow and develop in the role - To be responsible for customer problems/enquiries. - To work as a team player to achieve overall business objectives in designated areas.
- Holds a formal agricultural, animal science or business qualification. - Sound knowledge of farming practices and a good track record of being an effective communicator - Energetic and highly motivated. - Creative and solution orientated. - Works consistently to a high standard. - Self-reliant and well organised.
